ISKF Shotokan Karate Our Dojo is within the Bearspaw Lifestyle Centre and our club is affiliated to ISKF (International Shotokan Karate Federation). Training days are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. For times and class types click here for schedule. Grading's and special seminars take place throughout the year at the main NE Dojo and there are several competitions throughout the year across Canada. Update description

Mock exams this Friday at the dojo. White/yellow belts 6-7pm, orange-purple 7-8 pm, brown/black 8-9pm. Times approximate depending on the number of people in each group. You MUST complete a mock exam in order to attend the examinations with Sensei Jone
